We are just 45 minutes away from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Our COVID-19 RT-PCR has fast turn around time that will meet your travel needs. We are proud that we have supported thousands of international and domestic travelers.<\/h3>\n

Frontage Laboratories, Inc is a PanaBIOS Trusted Travel Approved COVID-19 Laboratory Testing Provider.  The authorized status was granted by Africa CDC, Centres for Disease Control and Prevention.<\/h3>\n

For Travelers going to Japan, please book your appointment in the patient portal.  Meanwhile, please email your pre-filled Japanese Travel Form to patientportal@frontagelab.com<\/a>.  Once your test is performed, you will be able to download your test report from the patient portal and receive the additional Travel Form in your email.<\/h3>\n

How do I schedule my tests?<\/h4>\n

You will need to register an account on our patient portal. Once you login to our patient portal<\/a>, you will be able to order your tests, schedule appointment date\/time, provide payment method (credit\/debit card) information, and download your report when it is ready.<\/h5>\n

What do I need to bring?<\/h4>\n

When you come for your appointment, you will need to bring a government issued ID, the signed and dated Informed Consent form<\/strong><\/a> and the Notice of  Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/a>. You should also bring a copy of the appointment details page you can print out from our patient portal or be prepared to show it on your mobile phone screen.<\/h5>\n

Our current turnaround time for 99% of specimens collected during normal business hours (8:40am – 3:00pm) is within 6 hours from specimen collection.  <\/h5>\n<\/div>\n

How will I receive my report?<\/h4>\n

Report can be downloaded in the patient portal.  If additional requirement (lab stamp and\/or physician signature and\/or additional forms need to be filled out), reports will be emailed to you.  Hard copy reports can be picked up in person as well.<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n

How can I pay?<\/h4>\n

Debit\/Credit Cards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> You will need to provide your debit\/credit card information via our patient portal. A $3 processing fee is included in the price. A $20 scheduling fee is charged at the time when you make an appointment. If you cancel or miss the appointment, the $20 scheduling fee will not be refunded.  If you reschedule the appointment, no additional scheduling fee will be charged. When you make your appointment, the scheduling fee will be applied towards your final payments and you will only be charged the remaining fee (total payment amount minus the $20 scheduling fee).<\/p>\n

We are open Monday through Saturday (8:40 am to 3 pm for swabbing)<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> We will be closed on all 6 major US holidays (New Year\u2019s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas)<\/p>\n
